If you observe the surface
of electrolytic grained plate with an electron microscope,
there is one thing that is clearly distinctive between
plateau flat part) and
crater dented part) as table 1 of crater shape and there
is another that is not acknowledged a plateau because
it is full of a lot of honeycomb (minute hold) as honeycomb
shape.

made by precipitating aluminum in electrolytic solution
on the positive pole and flowing electric current. when
film called barrier layer or blocking layer is formed.
Anodizing layer has a great effect upon the efficiency
of p.s. plates since it stands strongly against erosion
and abrasion and has minute pores in cell which is generated
in anodized layer.
Minute pores affect greatly on preservation is very strong. |
